Online Course Evaluation Demo

Welcome to the College of Engineering's online course evaluation system. The purpose of this system is to:

  • Allow you to fill out course evaluations for your courses in a more effective and efficient manner.
  • Allow the College to collect and process course evaluations more efficiently and to deliver the processed results to the fields in much less time than was previously required.
  • Ensure that fields and instructors do not see course evaluations until after grades have been submitted and ensure that what they see does not have your name on it. Course evaluations are entirely anonymous. Your course evaluation is safely stored within the Engineering College's computer, and only a few, authorized, people have access to it.

An instructor may receive (if they request it) a list of students in their course who submitted a course evaluation. That is the only information concerning course evaluations that an instructor can see before grades have been submitted.

ONLINE COURSE EVALUATION DEMO

When the student clicks button "Submit NetID", a window appears that contains Engineering courses in which the they are enrolled. Courses for which they already filled out a survey are greyed out. The student can click on a course to bring up a questionnaire to fill out for the course.

In this demo, when you submit your netID, you will be shown a list of dummy courses for which you can fill out a questionnaire. You will also be given the option of creating a new list of dummy courses to evaluate.
