Summer Programs

If you feel that you can not study abroad during the academic year, there is still a way to integrate an international experience through summer study abroad. Spending a summer doing coursework, research, or an internship is a wonderful way to enrich your Cornell education. Cornell Abroad is a valuable resource to find programs. The library has a wealth of information on summer programs, work abroad, internships abroad, and volunteer opportunities abroad. Since summer study abroad is not the focus of Cornell Abroad, the staff are generally unable to answer specific questions about programs, but you are free to make decisions based on the information provided. Every summer, new opportunities arise, so look through all the options carefully. There might be a unique opportunity that really matches your needs and interests.
