Events and Programs

The Diversity Programs in Engineering (DPE) office is responsible for fostering a vision of diversity appreciation reflective of the College of Engineering's strategic plan, which enables members from all backgrounds and cultures to thrive and succeed at Cornell. DPE provides an institutionalized approach for meeting the needs of opportunities that enhance interaction and learning across groups. We welcome you to explore our program offerings for a broad range of constituents as well as our current calendar of events.

Join us for lunch, great company, and a chance to meet Frank Sui, a partner at Deloitte Consulting where he co-leads the financial services and media innovation and growth practice.  Key areas of focus for his team include the payment-to-purchase, search-to-purchase, and discovery-to-purchase internet platforms.  In addition to his work at Deloitte, Frank also speaks at selected conferences and leads senior executive programs on making innovation repeatable.  He also advises several emerging companies in consumer internet.

Prior to his career at Deloitte, Frank was a partner at Mitchell Madison Group. In 1999, he and his partners sold the firm for $300 million and Frank completed his earn out and liquidated his holdings in 2001.  As a founding partner, Frank helped build a $250 million annual revenue, global firm.

Frank is a '83 Alumnus of Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering and earned a MBA from Harvard University
