Confirmation and Payment
Once we have received your request we will send you confirmation and invoice via email. We cannot confirm Room Locations prior to the start of the semester. The Registrar's Office will not confirm room reservations until with until after the preliminary exam schedule has been set. Once we have a confirmed room location we will let you know.
Please send payment in the form of a check, payable to ASCE to the address listed at the top of this page one week prior to your event.
Cancellations: One week prior notice to ASCE at the above email is required for cancellations. Late cancellations (less than one week notice) will result in charge of base price of a session. Less than 24 hour notice will result in charge for the full price of the session (includes catering).
