If you plan to bring products, give-a-ways, or raffle anything we can advertise it with your event to increase attendance. Event will be advertised on CCNet, in the Sundial, posted on the monitors in Duffield, Phillips, RPCC and the campus store; when appropriate emails will also be sent to Masters and PhD students.

Confirmation and Payment
Once we have received your request we will send you confirmation & invoice via email.  We cannot confirm Room Locations prior to the start of the semester.  The Registrar’s Office will not confirm room reservations with us until after the Preliminary Exam schedule has been set. Once we have a confirmed Room Location we will let you know.

Please send payment in the form of a check, payable to:  Theta Tau to the address listed in the header of this form one week prior to your event.

Cancellations: One week prior notice to Karina  at the above email is required for cancellations. Late cancellations (less than 1wk notice) will result in charge of base price of a session. Less than 24hr notice will result in charge for the full price of the session.
