Reserve a Room
Please fill out this form for your non-course-related (no official classes, prelims, or make up classes/exams) engineering room reservation requests. This form is for events such as: Review Sessions, Info Sessions, Office Hours, Meetings, Special events, etc. If you have any questions please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have never submitted a room request through our online form or are not signed up as an R25 room requestor, you will need to do a quick sign-up to add you as an R25 room requestor in the system. Simply follow the link listed below and enter your PeopleSoft net id and password. This will "kerberize" you in the R25 room scheduling system. You will only need to do this once, and you will be in the system for all future room requests you submit.
The Engineering Registrar’s Office attempts to process room requests within three business days. We cannot generally process requests on the same day, so please make your requests as early as you can. We will confirm each request by e-mail.
Once your reservation has been confirmed, you must arrange for access to the building and room by contacting the appropriate building coordinator. Be aware that most buildings/rooms are locked after hours and on weekends so you must contact the building coordinator Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, prior to your event.
