[ Return to Contents ]Ultimately, students are responsible for understanding the degree requirements for their Majors and for planning their courses of study accordingly. They should consult the appropriate undergraduate office (listed on pages 10–12) for more specific information. The Major will provide a consultant who can answer specific questions and make binding decisions relating to the fulfillment of degree requirements. Faculty advisors will assist in course selection, but they are not responsible for ensuring that the courses selected meet degree requirements.
That is the responsibility of the student.
