The ACCEL labs have digital camcorders, digital cameras, projectors, laptops, and DVD drives available for 24-hour checkout. In addition, ACCEL has video-editing facilities and Creation Stations for DVD authoring.

Equipment Loan Policy

Please make sure to read and understand this policy.  You will be held responsible for some very expensive equipment.

• Equipment is available for loans of up to twenty-four hours. 
  
• There are no renewals.
• At any one time you may hold a total of two major pieces of equipment.
• You will be assessed late charges if you violate your loan period.  These fines add up very quickly, so make sure you leave yourself enough time when checking out equipment. 
• When checking out equipment, you accept responsibility for returning it in its original condition.  Many of these items are worth thousands of dollars each; if you break a piece of equipment, you will be held liable for its repair or replacement cost.
• Equipment can be checked in or out only during ACCEL’s open hours.  This may limit your loan time.
• ACCEL cannot be held liable in the event that a piece of equipment malfunctions and causes you inconvenience or problems.
• ACCEL management has final discretion over use of equipment.
• You will need to sign a contract stating that you have read and understand ACCEL’s loan policies upon picking up your equipment.
