Computing Resources

undefinedComputer access is essential in the life of undergrads and grads in the College of Engineering. Many university systems, such as CoursEnroll, are accessed online, and many engineering courses require use of sophisticated analysis, design, and other software programs. Even non-computing-intensive courses provide online syllabi, office hours, and help sessions, and essays and research papers will need to be prepared on computer.

Beyond academic purposes, computer access keeps you plugged in to the heartbeat of the campus with e-mail, Web space, and a great way to check schedules, events, and scores and even find out which dining facilities are open late.

Fortunately, you don’t have to have your own computer to get online. There are many computing facilities and library kiosks that bring cyberspace to your fingertips at no charge.

Whether you have your own computer or use a lab on campus, the college’s friendly, knowledgeable staff can get you online and help you find the resources you need.

We invite you to explore the computing information provided here or to stop by the Academic Computing Center in the Engineering Library (ACCEL).
