The International Teaching Assistant Development Program (ITADP) at Cornell University strives to foster a unique learning environment where International Teaching Assistants (ITAs) can gain insights into improving themselves as communicators, get exposure to educational innovations, and collaborate in the process of understanding how to shape their field knowledge into shared learning experiences.
