To get access to this room, you will need to obtain a key from the Duffield Hall Events Coordinator.   Due to the hardwiring needed to operate the overhead projection system, the tables can not be easily moved.  Do not move any of the furniture in this room unless you make arrangements ahead of time with the Duffield Hall Events Coordinator. You are responsible for resetting all furniture to the original layout. Contact the Duffield Hall Events Coordinator to review your responsibilities in this regard if you are planning any arrangement other than joined conference tables and chairs.
