1. How do I report a problem with my classroom?

Answer: Use the ticket system at: http://help.coecis.cornell.edu to report a facilities problem or an AV problem in a classroom.  For AV problems chose an IT ticket.  You can also report a problem to the first responder (see the posted room instructions) and that person will either address the problem or submit the ticket for you.
