Advanced Communication for Engineers (ACE)

Summer Program for International Graduate Students

Cornell Engineering's ACE Program

Cornell Master of Engineering programs are pleased to offer a four-week summer program designed exclusively for incoming international students.

Be Aware. Be Confident. Be Ready.

The ACE Program builds international students' awareness of aspects of the North American engineering industry and key tasks you'll face as you prepare for your career and search for jobs.

As an ACE participant, you'll become more confident with communication strategies for navigating academic and professional life and networking with people in your field.

By spending four weeks in the ACE Program, you'll feel ready to begin your academic program and take the next steps on your career path.

Important: Only the first 30 students who apply will be accepted into ACE and enrollment in the program requires additional fees.

You will be able to register for ACE in the Admissions Supplement only after you have received an offer of admission from Cornell.

I think one large benefit of the program is you get an opportunity to network with people. I definitely think it’s a good program, and I would really recommend the following M.Eng. students to take this program.

I would definitely recommend this program to the students who haven’t been abroad and who are not familiar with American academic culture. This was a great chance to prepare a little bit ahead and make some great friends.
