Bill Culley has Cornell degrees B.S. M.E. 2006, M.Eng. 2007, and M.B.A. 2012. He went on to work at two startups, he founded one startup himself, and recently bought a small distribution business in industrial automation equipment. He has learned that sales is a necessary, critical, and highly compensated element of most companies, and it’s totally different from what he thought it would be.
