Upcoming Virtual Information Session for Cornell Operations Research and Information Engineering Masters of Engineering Program.
There are two sessions for All Interested Students:
- Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. (EDT) – What is ORIE, what’s an M.Eng, and how do I apply?
- A more general rundown of what to expect from the program and how to apply.
- Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. (EST*) – The Statement of Purpose and Personal Statement
- A targeted discussion of the two writing samples that are part of the application.

Applicants interested in the ORIE M.Eng. Financial Engineering concentration are invited to a special session on October 31, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (EST) with the Cornell Financial Engineering Manhattan team and discover how a New York City semester complements Cornell’s Ithaca-based academics with applied, industry-focused experience.
