Olaye is a technology executive, investor, and engineer. She is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of a future technology innovation, research and development (R&D), and advisory organization focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and advanced computing for physical processes in under-digitized and operationally complex sectors.
Olaye’s extensive technical and executive experiences span various corporate stages and industries, including applied AI/emerging technologies, chemicals, energy, financials, retail, food and beverage, health and beauty, and electric vehicles. She has a renowned track record of rapid development in highly technical environments, global commercialization, differentiated expertise in scaling moonshot ideas/technologies that motivate incumbents in foundational industries, and several successful exits.
Olaye serves on several corporate boards and regularly advises private corporations, public entities, and global nonprofits alike. She has been named to two Forbes 30 Under 30 lists and has been featured by many publications, including but not limited to CNN, Forbes Magazine, and The New York Times. Olaye earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the R.F. Smith School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at Cornell University and a CoRE certificate from Harvard Business School.
