Biography

I am an Assistant Research Professor in the Center for Data Science for Enterprise and Society (CDSES) at Cornell University from 2022. I received my BS degree in Mathematics from Tsinghua University in 2014 and MS degree from Stony Brook University in 2017. I earned my PhD degree in Algorithms, Combinatorics and Optimization (ACO) from Carnegie Mellon University in 2022.

Research Interests

Broadly speaking, my academic focus is primarily centered on applied probability and discrete optimization problems inspired by real-world business scenarios. Specifically, my recent work revolves around online controlled experiments, often referred to as A/B testing. In terms of applications, I am interested in revenue mangement and healthcare.
