Biography
Sheri Minarski is the Director of Administration for Cornell’s Systems Engineering program, where she has led the program’s operational, financial, and administrative strategy since 2021. In this role she ensures that faculty, staff, and students have the support and infrastructure needed to thrive. Prior to her current position, she has served the Systems Engineering program in multiple capacities, supporting its growth and success for the past 15 years.
Sheri also serves as the primary point of contact for the Systems Engineering program’s Corporate Partners, helping to establish and nurture relationships with industry leaders. Through these collaborations, she connects students and faculty with real-world systems challenges and opportunities that strengthen the program’s impact.
Known for her collaborative approach and focus on efficiency, Sheri was recognized in 2025 with a Cornell Engineering EPICC award for Collaboration, focusing on her ability to manage the program effectively while seamlessly fostering a strong sense of community between Systems Engineering and Cornell Engineering.
