Description
The Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Department is co-hosting KK Wang Industry Day with the Engineered Living Materials Institute (elmi.cornell.edu). ELMI is cross-campus community conducting basic and applied research to reimagine materials and their manufacturing through bioengineering.
KK Wang Day this year will be centered around bio-based approaches to materials, sustainability, and energy challenges. This event will have the parallel goals of making faculty research connections and creating job pathways for undergraduate and graduate students.
The day will consist of panel discussions, a hackathon, networking, food breaks, lab tours, and brainstorming key challenges in the field.
