Cornell's autonomous submarine and aircraft teams helped the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum celebrate National Robotics Week April 4 and 5.
CUAUV and CUAir were both on hand for the museum's Robotics Expo, demonstrating their projects for elementary school classes visiting on field trips. They joined several other universities, DARPA, and Infamous Robotics, LLC.
National Robotics Week was established in 2010 by the House of Representatives, and has grown from 50 affiliated events in its first year to over 160 last year.
