Xiangkun (Elvis) Cao presents research at New York Academy of Sciences
Xiangkun (Elvis) Cao, a Ph.D. student in Professor Erickson’s lab, presented his research on “Application of Smartphone Technology in Food Safety” at the Journey Through Science Day in New York City on September 18.
This event was sponsored by the New York Academy of Sciences (Academy) and PepsiCo. Fifty exceptional graduate students and early career scientists were selected worldwide and given an opportunity to network with PepsiCo's R&D leaders, learn about the company's deep scientific and technological expertise, and discover first-hand how science can shape their own career paths.
