Location, session, and meal information

Parking

Parking is available at the Statler Hotel and is included with your room.  The Valet attendants will assist you.  Please let them know you are staying as part of the Engineering Leadership COMPLETE Conference.

Name badges

Name badges will be included within your welcome packets, which you will receive upon check-in. We ask that you wear your name badges throughout the program. This identifies you as a guest of Cornell Engineering, and allows your fellow participants and staff to easily identify you.

Computer and Wi-Fi Access

The Statler Hotel has two business kiosks available to guests at no charge.  Internet/Wi-Fi connection is available in your guest room, the lobby and conference areas for your devices.  A member of our team, or the hotel staff will be able to assist you with any connectivity issues.  

Clothing

Ithaca weather in September can be quite fickle; therefore, it is recommended that you bring a light jacket or umbrella to class each day in case you want to venture out on breaks or lunch.  Umbrellas are available in each guest room at the hotel for your use during your stay.  If you find that it is missing, please inform the Front Desk staff.

Exercise Facilities

The Statler Hotel offers guests a fitness room that includes treadmills, elliptical cross trainers, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, and a weight bench. Additional exercise facilities and a pool are conveniently located near the Statler Hotel in Teagle Hall. Further information can be found on the flier in your welcome packet or you may speak with the clerk at Statler front desk.

Laundry

The Statler Hotel provides dry cleaning and laundry services. Charges will be billed directly to your credit card.

Hotel Check-Out

Check-out time is noon on the day of your departure. The Statler will be happy to hold your luggage for you in case travel arrangements may not coincide with checkout time.

Hotel Room Service: Any room service charges will be billed directly to your credit card.

Airport Transportation

The Statler Hotel offers free shuttle service to and from the Ithaca Tompkins Regional Airport. The Statler Concierge will also arrange a taxi for you if the need arises.
